Resident Member Information Update Form This form applies to resident members who need to notify the DMA of any of the following changes:
  • Owner Members to designate spouse as a member if they are not listed on the property deed.  

  • Legal entity owner to designate authorized person(s) to represent the entity and have member privileges.

  • Notify change in spouse status/authorized person and change of mailing address/email/phone.

  • Owner Member to designate property as rented allowing tenant use of common property.

Non-Resident Membership Application If you do not reside in Douglas Manor and would like to use our facilities, you must submit an application to become a non-resident member of the association. Non-resident membership runs from April 1st through March 31st.

Our facilities include memorial field, the playground located there, the dock with water access, rent racks and/or lockers (at an additional fee). 

If you would like to pay your annual dues via ACH, please complete the form located on this page, if you do not wish to pay dues via ACH, then send in a check with the Members Name to the office located at 39-50 Douglaston Parkway, 2nd floor, Douglaston, NY 11363.  The office will notify you of your accepted application upon full payment of the annual dues. 

To sign up for non-resident annual membership, please complete the DMA Non-Resident Membership Application.   
Junior Individual Non-resident Membership Application Junior membership is designed for non-residents who have a child participating in the DJYS Sailing Program. The membership runs for the duration of the program for the given summer and only gives access to the dock area while the program is in session.  No other access or facility use is included. If you would like to pay your Junior summer membership dues via ACH, please complete the form located on this page, if you do not wish to pay dues via ACH, then send in a check with the name of the Jr. Member to the office located at 39-50 Douglaston Parkway, 2nd floor, Douglaston, NY 11363.

ACH Payment Method Form

To facilitate the payment of dues and fees, DMA members can now pay via ACH bank debits. Our billing vendor, Intuit/Quickbooks, charges a $3.00 processing fee. If you sign up for ACH payments, the DMA will email the address on file with the DMA billing system (1) the annual dues invoice on or around April 1; and (2) invoices for rack and locker fees, if applicable, when the summer dock season begins.

Seasonal Rack and/or Locker Lease Agreement If you are a member and would like to rent a rack or locker, we ask you to complete a lease form.  If you would like to pay your rental fees via ACH, please complete the form located on this page, if you do not wish to pay dues via ACH, then send in a check with your Name to the office located at 39-50 Douglaston Parkway, 2nd floor, Douglaston, NY 11363.  The office will notify you of your accepted application, locker and/or rack assignment upon full payment of the rental fees.  We ask that you do not occupy a rack or locker without confirmation from the office of your assigned spot.

Volunteer Sign Up The Douglas Manor Association (DMA) is actively seeking volunteers, with specific expertise, who are interested in joining a committee. We would like to know a little more about you, your interests, your expertise and how you might be able to help. Expect to volunteer about 4 hours weekly, on average, more time may be needed leading up to the annual meeting, generally held in April.

Join us if you have:
  • the desire to be involved in community policies
  • the ability to provide fair and honest treatment for each member of the association
  • the willingness to enforce neighborhood covenants
  • have a high school student who needs community service hours
Use this form to sign up to volunteer:

DMA Volunteer Form
Request for use of DMA Common Property A member in good standing may use DMA common properties for private events.  Any private event with more than ten (10) people requires a form to be completed.  All events are subject to board approval.
